The Mahadev form in naked beggar ascetic. he live and stay on ascetic activity with begging goods (mendicant) from Shaivism devotees who worship to him.

Lakulisha - The mace asceticism

Old deity of Shaivism religion. who comes with staff and mace (change to wrestler gada [HI : गदा] in this work) or hold an axe for personal protection weapon.
Actually, he's be a naked ascetic same as Kala Bhairava and Bhikshatana and he's 28th incarnation of Mahadev too.
